Join us for our inaugural conference!

As regional and international travel is making a resurgence after more than two years of uncertainty, awareness of travel medicine is spreading across Africa. Health practitioners are at the forefront of providing advice, care, and peace of mind to travellers with particular attention to preventing the spread of infectious diseases and injuries.

To further develop and expand travel medicine on the continent, the Pan African Travel Medicine Federation is holding its first conference, Travel Medicine Essentials - An African Perspective, in September 2022.

Join other doctors, nurses, pharmacists and allied health practitioners from across the continent to address the fundamentals of travel medicine and its practice in the African context.

Attend 3 evenings of learning and sharing in 90-minute sessions

This event is applying for CPD points through the University of the Witswaterand.
